Our civil engineering services include:
Grading Plans: We prepare detailed grading plans that define existing and proposed contours across the building site, as well as grading limits. Each plan includes calculations for proposed excavation, fill volumes, and off-haul quantities (in cubic yards). We also identify deposition and borrow areas for major project elements and clearly delineate the total area of disturbance.
Storm Water Drainage Plans: We design site-specific drainage plans that show existing and proposed drainage pathways for structures, driveways, and other site improvements. Each plan outlines the direction, path, and method of water dispersal, as well as the extent of existing and proposed impervious surfaces.
Stormwater Control Plans: Our team prepares stormwater control plans in compliance with the BASMAA Post-Construction Manual, ensuring sustainable water management practices. We can also develop preliminary Operations and Maintenance Plans for long-term stormwater system performance.
Utility Plans: We provide utility plans showing all public and private utility connections, as well as proposed methods of extension (overhead or underground). Utility size, capacity, and routing details can also be included.
Erosion and Sediment Control Plans: To minimize environmental impact during construction, we design erosion and sediment control plans that identify construction access routes, soil storage areas, sediment controls, and water diversion strategies, all supported by best management practices (BMPs).
